welcome to celestial. by accessing, purchasing, or using any celestial product or service, including our software and website (the "service"), you agree to comply with these terms of service. if you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the service.

1. acceptance of terms

by accessing celestial (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", "celestial"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms, all applicable laws, and any additional rules or policies referenced herein. if you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing celestial's products or content. we may change these at any time; continued use of celestial after changes means you agree to the updated terms. all celestial materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. our service

our website and services are provided on an "as is" basis. you agree that the owners of this website exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this website and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. we shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information. we also reserve the right to cease the provision of the service, shut down the service, or remove a user's access at any time, without reason or prior notice. this decision is at our sole discretion, and we are not obligated to provide an explanation. in the event of service termination, we are not liable for any inconvenience, loss of data, or damages.

3. eligibility & registration

you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. you must register on our site, agree to provide truthful information when requested, and explicitly agree to these terms as may be modified by us from time to time.

restricted access: employees, contractors, or affiliates of riot games, faceit, valve corporation, or any company involved in game security, anti-tamper, or integrity enforcement are strictly prohibited from purchasing, accessing, or using celestial products. unauthorized access may result in account suspension and legal action.

4. license, products & use restrictions

celestial grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. celestial sells memberships. our software is owned by celestial and is the property of celestial. our software has been created for playful purposes on private servers with your friends. celestial is not responsible if you use our software for another purpose — such use is at your own responsibility.

software may be free to obtain, but use requires a membership. our software is allowed to run on one personal computer only. our system uses several parts of your computer (processor, memory, hard drive, etc.) to generate a unique hardware id (hwid). hwid changes may be charged or free depending on whether our system can recognize the new hardware id.

you may not:

• decompile, reverse engineer, hack, patch, or otherwise modify celestial software
• tamper with our client software to bypass any security mechanism or dismantle our client software
• use celestial products for commercial purposes
• transfer, resell, share, or distribute paid materials or accounts to third parties. there are no authorized resellers; any third party offering our products is doing so without our permission
• engage in any activity intended to damage, disrupt, or discredit celestial or its products
• provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during application, registration, or purchase
• use payment methods not registered in your name

violation of any of these restrictions automatically terminates your license and may result in account suspension, permanent bans, and/or legal action. upon termination, all downloaded materials must be deleted.

5. online conduct & game use

you agree that you will be personally responsible for the use of your account and for all communication and activity on this site and on the client software that results from use of your account. your online conduct and interaction with other subscribers should be guided by common sense and basic etiquette.

celestial may terminate your account or a particular subscription for any conduct or activity that celestial believes is illegal, constitutes a risk, or which otherwise negatively affects the enjoyment of our software by other subscribers. you acknowledge that celestial is not required to provide you notice before terminating your subscription(s) and/or account, but it may choose to do so.

if you use our software in multiplayer or online games, you may be voluntarily violating that game's end user licence agreement or terms of service. we cannot be held responsible if you lose your game account, receive restrictions, or suffer any other damage as a result of that use. celestial is not liable for potential claims caused by one of its consumers regarding intellectual property of third parties. in such events the consumer protects celestial from claims by third parties.

6. payment & refund policy

all sales of celestial products and services are final. we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. this policy is in place due to the nature of our digital products. while exceptions may be granted at the discretion of a developer or administrator, they should not be assumed or expected.

for subscription-based products, any compensation for lost time or service interruptions is also at the sole discretion of a developer, administrator, or other staff member. this compensation is not guaranteed and should not be assumed by the user. no refunds or partial refunds will be given should the website cease operations or become unable to provide content updates for any reason.

fraudulent charges, payment without the consent of the account holder, or any kind of fraud will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated, and/or legal action being taken. sharing or reselling your account is prohibited and will result in the same consequences.

because our products are digital content with immediate performance (download / access), you expressly acknowledge that once delivery or access has begun, any statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable) is lost. if a jurisdiction requires a withdrawal window for digital goods, that right ends once you access or download the content with your consent.

7. account suspension & termination

celestial reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your license at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• violation of these terms of service
• attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack our software
• engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized payment methods
• sharing or distributing confidential information
• any behavior that is disruptive or brings unwanted attention to celestial or its members

upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and all downloaded materials must be destroyed.

8. registration & password

you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. you agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your registration, user account, or password. if you give an unauthorized person your account to log in, it will result in your account being disabled and permanently terminated.

9. prohibited behavior

the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• uploading obscene, hateful, offensive, political, or religious content
• disclosing private information of others
• sharing copyrighted content or trade secrets without permission
• advertising third-party products without written consent
• disrupting the operation of the service or other users' access
• evading bans, site controls, or administrative instructions
• creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• collecting or harvesting any data about other users
• impersonating or misrepresenting your association with any person or entity
• providing content or performing conduct that may be unlawful, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that interferes with this website or any service provided
• using this website in any manner involving junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized advertising without our prior written consent

10. user-generated content

you are solely responsible for all content you upload, submit, or share through the service, discord, and similar. content you submit represents your views alone, and we are not liable for it. we may review and, at our discretion, remove or modify any content without notice. all content submitted may be reviewed by our staff and subjected to third-party verification services, including spam prevention. you are advised not to submit private or confidential content.

by providing any content to our website:

• you agree to grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license (including any moral rights or other necessary rights) to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and to create derivative works and compilations, in whole or in part, in any form or media known or later developed
• you warrant that you have all legal, moral, and other rights necessary to grant us that license
• you acknowledge that we shall have the right (but not the obligation), in our sole discretion, to refuse to publish or to remove or block access to any content you provide at any time and for any reason, with or without notice

11. media & content production

the creation, production, or distribution of any media involving or showcasing celestial products is strictly prohibited unless express written or verbal permission is granted by a celestial administrator prior to, during, and after production.

users may create content using celestial while appearing to play legitimately (without disclosing the use of our products) provided that the media does not feature, promote, or distribute unauthorized tools, exploits, or related software. any content that facilitates or encourages unauthorized modification of games is a violation of these terms.

failure to comply with these media restrictions will result in the immediate termination of your license and permanent suspension of your account.

12. confidentiality & community conduct

all celestial-related files, software, tools, documentation, and information ("confidential information") must be kept strictly private. you may not share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information to third parties, including friends, online communities, or public platforms. any breach may result in immediate termination of access, suspension of accounts, revocation of licenses, and potential legal action. this obligation remains in effect even after termination of your access or use of celestial products.

• bringing unwanted attention to celestial, its products, or its members is strictly prohibited
• reporting or "turning in" other celestial members to third parties or game security vendors is strictly prohibited
• creating or distributing unauthorized promotional celestial content or videos is strictly prohibited
• you are not visiting this site to steal material (including information, snapshots, and source code) to use against the webmaster, site operator, host, or any person in any manner

violations may result in immediate loss of access to celestial software, community resources, and any associated accounts, and potential legal action.

13. intellectual property

all content, features, and functionality of the service — including but not limited to the celestial name, logo, software, code, and design — are the exclusive property of celestial and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. you are not granted any right or license to use these without our express written consent. we reserve all of our rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary right we may have in our website, its content, and the goods and services provided. you will have no rights to make any commercial uses of our website or service without our prior written consent.

14. third parties & advertisements

celestial may provide links to external websites. we do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. use third-party sites at your own risk. goods and services of third parties may be advertised and/or made available on or through this website. representations regarding products and services provided by third parties are governed by those third parties' own policies. we shall not be liable for any of your dealings or interactions with third parties. third-party ads may appear on the service; advertisers are responsible for their own content. celestial is not responsible for errors, omissions, or legal compliance of any advertisement.

15. disclaimer of warranties

you understand and agree that your use of this website and any services or content provided is made available and provided to you at your own risk. celestial products and services are provided "as is" and remain under development. we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, implied or express, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. we make no warranty that any part of the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, timely, secure, accurate, or reliable, nor that any content is safe in any manner for download. celestial makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes from the use of our software. some jurisdictions may not allow disclaimers of implied warranties; the above disclaimer may not apply to you only as it relates to implied warranties.

16. limitation of liability

without limiting the foregoing, celestial is not liable for:

• loss of data or content

• damage to reputation

• in-game bans, temporary or permanent restrictions, cooldowns, or any bans issued in leagues, tournaments, or competitive events

users are strongly encouraged to take proper precautions when using the software. in some jurisdictions it is not permitted to limit liability and therefore such limitations may not apply to you.

17. indemnification

you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless celestial, its developers, administrators, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your provision of content, your violation of these terms, or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.

18. governing law
